BENEFITS OF OUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION​

One of the best things about living in Kootenai Creek Village is you have the comfort of knowing your community will keep on looking as beautiful as the day you first saw it. That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for the maintaining of all your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call Kootenai Creek Village your home.

WHAT THE HOA COVERS​

Each home receives mowing edging and fertilizing of the turf provided by the developer. Other services are available with an added fee.
Snow removal for all community common areas, roadways and parking lots will be included.  After two inches of snowfall, snow removal for each residential home including clearing of the driveway, front sidewalk and front stoop area will also be included.
The use of the community club house and its facilities are included in the HOA fees.
